As an SIA-licensed member of our operational security team, you will undertake a variety of public-facing duties designed to uphold the law, support law enforcement, and safeguard the rights of local residents.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Screening individuals to determine their suitability to enter events or establishments
Conducting searches for unauthorized or illegal items
Responding to incidents within queues, audiences, or spectator groups
Diplomatically managing conflicts within designated areas
Using approved restraint and escort techniques only after exhausting non-physical alternatives, in your efforts to uphold the law
Creating a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for the general public while acting as a deterrent to antisocial behavior and criminal activity
